Below is a list of all the Playa Vista Homes in Phase One and Two. Before you buy it's best to find out the features and match it to what you want in one of the starter, mid-range or luxury Playa Vista homes.
Avalon is a collection of smaller units from 900+ sq ft to 1200+ sq feet. These two bedroom two bath residences are the perfect starter homes.
Bridgeway Mills is community of true townhouses with private entrances and each have a private three car garage. These contemporary units are sleekly designed with metal columns, some with 21 ft. ceilings and multiple balconies and a large patio.
Camden, built by Brookdale Residential are a collection of stunning condos from 1900 sq ft to 2400 sq. ft., all with private garages. Still available.
Capri Court One and Two were built by Harlen Lee, an award winning developer. These houses have three plans and all offer architecturally distinctive Spanish styles reminiscent of the 1940s.
Catalina offers European style condominiums, offer both one and two-story homes with a variety of floor plans including one-bedroom, two-bedrooms, two-bedrooms+ den oriented to face outward toward streets and walkways.
Chatelaine is one of the premiere buildings situated across from the Ballona Wetlands and Crescent Park. Most condos have either sweeping views of the park or the Wetlands
Cielo is a community detached houses with up to four and one-half bathrooms and two to three-car garages.They range in size from 3,202 to 3,899 square feet of living space, and come with large highly upgrades kitchens and spacious great rooms, perfect for entertaining or raising a family.
Cleo has no set open date yet but offer slick modern architecture with walls of glass and wide open spaces leading to large private decks. Cleo has two and three car private garages.
Concerto Lofts, a contemporary loft inspired building with features that include upscale appliances and fixtures in beautiful kitchens and baths. Wonderful open space with a contemporary feel and high ceilings (some 17 ft).
Coronado is situated across from the Westchester Bluffs and the elementary school. These one and two-story condominium homes has an outstanding location within Playa Vista and is also near the CenterPointe Club, walking trails and the Sports Park. These homes range in size from 1100+ sq ft. to 2450+ sq feet.
Crescent Walk offers a contemporary-styled building with floor plans ranging from 623 to 1,300 square feet. Each has a balcony and many of the street-level units have their own entries and direct access two-car garages.
Dorian has large single level plans with smashing views of the Ballona Wetlands or Crescent Park. There are nine elegant designs – eight single-level and one town home which range in size from 1,636 to 2,865 square feet. Floor plans are open and grand with ample windows and designer finishes.
Everly models will be ready in the Fall. Plans will range from 3-5 bedrooms, two car attached garages. These single family houses will be the first release of the three Brookfield Residential trio of new Playa Vista houses.
Esplanade is one of the most charming buildings in Playa Vista with its distinctive tower and arched loggias There are a combination of town homes and single-level condominiums around charmijng green courtyards.
Icon is the premiere building in Phase One, Icon offers the ultimate in luxurious, single-family detached and paired residences clustered around a park. Icon has an array of architectural designs ranging from Spanish to Transitional. Four alternative living concepts offer comfortable, imaginative floor plans.
Jewel are premiere single family homes, approximately 4,286 to 4,636 with four to six bedrooms and all will have an attached two car garage with an extra parking space for guests. These homes have high ceilings, large windows, lofts, huge covered decks and a surrounding glass balcony. Models will be available in the Spring of 2016.
The Lofts Playa Vista has almost ten foot ceilings, minimal walls, with avantegarde contemporary look and the architecture is South of France romantic. These single level open space condos are reminiscent of the New York artist lofts of Soho and Tribeca.
Marlowe will be released early in 2016. These single family homes will have attached two car garages with an extra space for guests. They will be priced in the low two millions, under the price of Jewel.
Mason models are set to open in late 5/16. These plans will be similar in look to Camden, however, they will at least 200 sq ft larger. Built by Brookfield Residential who's known for quality homes, will offer two car private garages and large decks. Camden homes were a smashing success, and buyers were on a waiting list to purchase Camden.
Matisse by Lee Homes is community of 32 detached single family houses at Playa Vista. Following the success of their 51 homes at Capri Court, Lee Homes designed the stunning Matisse properties. These multi-level, homes have three plans ranging in size from 2000+ sq ft to 2700 sq ft.
Metro has an Art Deco-style architecture, a tribute to the Southern California architecture of the 1930s and 1940s. The main entrance is an elegantly detailed, five-story penthouse tower.
Mondrian was named after the painter Pieter Cornelis Mondrian for his style of white ground, upon which was painted a grid of vertical and horizontal black lines and the three primary colors. Mondrian is the sister building to Matisse. with the same three plans.
Paraiso is a mix of two-story town homes that are luxurious in both design and quality. Inspired by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, these stunning plans range from 1700+ sq ft to 2600+ sq feet.
Park Houses is an enclave of ten limited-edition residences. A three level contemporary style creates an elegant urban lifestyle. Two different, floor plans have 3,500+ square feet of living space, not including the generous outdoor spaces.
Primera Terra is the newest development in Playa Vista’s Phase One. These attached homes in a modern three-story building are a pristine look. Primera Terra is located eastern-most portion of Phase I and next to Phase 2 and the new fitness center and pool.
Promenade, designed by D.R. Horton. is a mix of contemporary single-level and two-story condominium residences. Floor plans include one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedrooms, two bedrooms plus office area and two bedroom plus loft designs.
Serenade, constructed by Lennar Homes, is a community of large town homes. Serenade has similar floor plans to Paraisio with two and three bedroom plans ranging from 1,560 to 2,830 square feet.. Some top floor Seranade plans have lofted offices overlooking the 22 ft. ceiling living rooms.
Tapestry has a special draw. It's the only condo community where all 52 units in each Tapestry One and Two have private entrances and private two car garages. Even though each condo in Tapestry is attached to others condos, they feel like private home. There are five, distinctive three- and four-level town home Tapestry plans.
Villa d’Este, constructed by Warmington Homes California, looks like a small boutique hotel in Spain. But Villa d’Este was designed to resemble three individual period mansions that were converted into one and two level condominiums.
Villa Savona has the characteristics of a small European boutique hotel just like Villa d'Este which is its sister building.. Villa Savona is designed to resemble three individual period mansions that were converted into two-story town homes and condominiums.
Waterstone condos range in size from 770 to 1265 square feet. The one and two bedrooms residences have either one or two baths with balconies. The corner bottom floor condos have massive patios. Waterstone Playa Vista faces two parks so some units have park views. Top floor units have high ceilings.
Woodson are the least expensive of the Phase Two houses. They come complete with private entrances, garages, patios extending from the space.
